Digital Marketing Associate

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or equivalent
• No prior experience or knowledge in marketing is required
• Passionate in learning new things (a must!)
• Data-driven thinking

• With excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be willing to work in Quezon City

Work Scope:

1. Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies / campaigns of Tuitt Group
2. Produce competitor research, customer journey, wireframe, workflow, contents list, among other related researches and reports
3. Work closely with software developers, UI designers to provide better user experience for users and better results for the group
4. Manage social media presence
5. Gauge, monitor, and report on the performance of all digital marketing to run hypothesis testing process rapidly.

Junior Developer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, I.T, or equivalent, OR a graduate of Tuitt Coding Bootcamp
• Must have experience developing on the Web on any of the following languages / platforms: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Java, Python or Javascript (via Node)
• Must be familiar with the essentials of the Software Development Lifecycle
• With strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded, and a team player
• Requires little to no supervision and takes initiative
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City

Work Scope:

1. Provide skills and expertise in software development, primarily with the web platform and the cloud
2. Actively participate in discussions and engineering effort of the Tuitt development team to produce quality deliverables in a timely manner
3. Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs described by partners and business owners to well-implemented, well-maintained, well-tested products
4. Assist in gathering the documentation and related literature necessary in the successful execution and transition of assigned project deliverables

UI/UX Designer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Multimedia, Design, or equivalent
• An updated portfolio to show previous works is required
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (knowledge in Affinity Designer a big plus!)
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-player and can work independently
• Attention to details
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City

Work Scope:

1. Provide skills and expertise in user interface / user experience development, design, and execution in all stages of product development
2. Collaborate with the software engineering, business development, and administrative staff to design and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
3. Conceptualize original UI / UX ideas to help realize the vision of the software engineering team and the Tuitt organization as a whole
4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and assets to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
5. Research, suggest, and execute effective and trending UI/UX techniques to the software engineering team, as well as other departments as necessary
