Financial Aid by Employers as “Job guaranteed” “Free” coding Bootcamp by Zuitt

Zuitt, together with its partner employers, provides “job guaranteed” and “free” Bootcamp training through financial aid by Employers.

For Dec 2021, only 4 slots are available. Interested applicants can apply here.

What is Financial Aid by Employers?

Financial Aid by Employers (previously called Corporate Scholarship) is a type of payment scheme for Zuitt’s Coding Bootcamp in which qualified Bootcamp applicants, following a set of specified terms and conditions for the aid, may be able to join Zuitt’s coding Bootcamp for free.

What are the eligibility criteria?

Applicants have the option to choose their employer to avail of this financial aid. Employers will be providing their own eligibility criteria for the job position on top of Zuitt’s eligibility requirements for the Bootcamp training.

How is “job guaranteed” with Financial Aid by Employers?

This type of financial aid is a collaborative effort between Zuitt and its partner employers. Zuitt does the sourcing of applicants and conducts the training while partner employers do the hiring.

Interested applicants will have to apply to the Bootcamp and their Employer of choice. Zuitt will be doing the screening and endorsing shortlisted candidates to the Employer. The shortlisted candidates would have to attend an interview conducted by Employers as part of the Bootcamp application process. After the interview, the preferred candidate will then be given a Job offer with the condition that requires the candidate to complete the Bootcamp program. With the conditional job offer, the candidate may start the Bootcamp program.

How will candidates be able to join Zuitt’s coding Bootcamp for “free”?

The training will be free of charge only if the boot camper successfully completes Zuitt’s Developer Career Program’s Main Course Package and the required Short Course Package and works with the employer afterward. Upon completing the required courses, the employer will give the employment contract.

Otherwise, the boot camper has to pay for the Bootcamp if:

  • They did not complete the bootcamp.
  • They complete the bootcamp but afterward chooses not to sign an employment agreement with their employer.
  • They complete the bootcamp, work with the employer, but leave during the first 2 years of employment.

More detailed information will be provided and discussed by a Zuitt Career Advisor representative upon contract signing. All terms and conditions will be stated in the agreements.
